Beginner’s Meditation Workshop:
Come and learn meditation that will inspire, calm and ground you.
In this beginners workshop you will learn from many techniques from many traditions, and discover which meditation method is best for you – and which will best motivate you into your own regular practice. Meditation offers too many benefits to mention here, but above else this workshop is designed to help you begin an inward journey that promises more presence, awareness and clarity in your life. It is limited to 12 people, a great opportunity to learn meditation in a small, hands-on, relaxed group setting. You will receive informative hand outs, additional recordings and an overall tailored approach to your suited style of meditation on the day.
